Administration, payments and communication in one place

The Evangelische Omroep is a Dutch media company with over 400,000 members. When the company approached 4NG, all member data was stored in UIS. This system offered little flexibility and limited ability to integrate with other platforms. The question to us? Replacing the CRM and fulfillment software with an integrated environment that can handle administration, payments and communication from and with customers.

Personalization for optimal use

We decided to replace the current CRM system with Salesforce in combination with Zuora. All relationships of the EO are administered in Salesforce. Zuora records all memberships and payments. The new environment handles all contact points with members and allows the EO to set up personalized contact strategies. For optimal use of the environment, we installed various tools for social webcare. The new environment offers many advantages, such as:

  • Setting up personalized contact strategies is possible.
  • More time for other activities thanks to automated strategies.
  • More effective marketing campaigns thanks to personalization.
  • Flexible environment for the administration of relations and their payments.
  • Social listening and interaction tool to perform social webcare.

A more flexible environment for administration

The EO asked for an environment in which all relations and the administration of the various memberships and associated payments can be found. Thanks to the implementation of Salesforce and Zuora, we were able to make that happen.

Marketing actions and personalized contact strategy are now possible, and a more flexible environment for administration has been set up. Many processes now also run automatically, so that the focus of the EO can be placed on tasks that can achieve more growth.

4NG and the EO have together delivered a well-functioning system. Salesforce and Zuora are now running to full satisfaction within the Evangelische Omroep.
